By using immersevision.com or booking media services from Immerse Vision (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Pricing & quotes

Prices shown on this site are starting bundle prices for typical Central Washington listings. Final quotes may adjust based on property access, scheduling, travel beyond the Yakima Valley / Tri-Cities, and custom add-ons. A booked shoot is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email or text from us.

Scheduling, weather & reshoots

Drone shoots are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled at our discretion when conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality. We'll work with you to find the next available slot at no charge.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may be billed a small mobilization fee. Reshoots due to seller or agent error (lights, clutter, pets, missing access) are billed at our standard half-day rate.

Licensing & usage

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables to market the listing they were created for, plus your own portfolio and brokerage marketing. We retain copyright and may use the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

Virtual staging compliance

Every virtually staged image is delivered with the “Virtually Staged” watermark and disclosure metadata required by most MLS systems. You agree to use staged photos only on listings where virtual staging is permitted and to disclose them as required by your MLS, brokerage, and state regulations.

Drone operations

All drone work is performed under FAA Part 107 certification and within applicable airspace rules. We carry commercial drone liability insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a flight in airspace or conditions that violate FAA rules.

Hosting

Property websites and 3D tours are hosted for the period stated in your bundle (typically 1 year for property websites, lifetime for tours unless we're notified otherwise). After the listing closes you may continue hosting at standard renewal rates.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Yakima County, Washington.
